Duties:

• Manage GLOSCHAIN’s logistics and procurement processes.
• Ensure effective coordination between vendors, buyers, and strategic partners.
• Advise on the preparation and processing of import/export documentation.
• Support compliance with customs regulations.
• Manage duties, taxes, and shipment schedules.
• Provide expert insight on trade restrictions, tariff systems, and regulatory frameworks.
• Support the platform’s AI-driven procurement modules with accurate, real-world data.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in supply chain management, commerce, or logistics.
• Two to four years of experience in supply chain coordination, procurement, or international trade.
• Strong knowledge of customs documentation, trade compliance, and transportation management systems.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement software and digital workflow tools.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of Canadian import/export regulations and CBSA requirements.

Duties:

• Support GLOSCHAIN’s growth by identifying potential clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Assist with customer acquisition initiatives.
• Support supplier onboarding.
• Conduct market research.
• Support relationship management.
• Assist with partnership development activities.
• Help expand the platform ecosystem.
• Support business development campaigns across Canada.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• One to three years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, or partnership coordination.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales management tools is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Familiarity with B2B technology platforms or SaaS environments is beneficial.

• Respond to inquiries.
• Resolve technical or transactional issues.
• Maintain user satisfaction across all touchpoints.
• Document user feedback to enhance platform usability and drive product improvements.

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school.
• College diploma in business, IT, or communications is preferred.
• One to two years of experience in customer service, support, or help-desk roles.
• Proficiency with CRM and ticketing tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, documentation, and problem-resolution capabilities.
• Knowledge of e-commerce or B2B service environments is an asset.
