Main Duties:
- Advise on preparing and processing import/export documents and other forms, according to customs regulations, laws and procedures;
- Assist with signing import/export documents, using power of attorney;
- Arrange for payment of duties, taxes, storage and transportation of imported goods and bonds to cover duty goods;
- Quote duty and tax rates on commodities for clients;
- Provide advice on export and import restrictions, tariff systems, letters of credit, insurance requirements and other matters.
Employment Requirements
- Completion of secondary school and some post-secondary education in commerce or a related field is required; - Several years of on-the-job training and completion of a training program is an asset.
Main Duties:
- Analyze promotional and marketing campaigns to identify improvements;
- Conduct research on consumers, competitors and the market place to identify trends to optimize marketing strategies for the platform;
- Develop, implement and evaluate communications strategies and programs designed to inform clients, employees and the general public of initiatives and policies of the business;
- Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles.
Employment Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration is required; - Working experience as marketing researcher is an asset; - Excellent communication and analytical skills are required.
